More than 150 people from the county had their names, addresses and contact details included on the list, which was released onto the internet by a former party member.
British National Party leader Nick Griffin confirmed the list of 12,000 names contained information from the November 2007 membership and skills list.
The far right group has now taken out a court injunction banning the Echo from naming the 153 BNP members in Lincolnshire.
General Secretary of teachers' union NASUWT Chris Keates said BNP members should not be allowed in the teaching profession.
"The NASUWT has long held the view that those who declare their affiliation to the BNP should not be allowed to work in the teaching profession or in public services," he said.
